Great hotel in a great location.

This hotel is in a perfect location for hiking or exploring the town.
We hiked some local trails that were only a few minutes away.
We had a delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant. They also have an amazing breakfast.
This hotel is also great for your furry friend with a little green space around the area for them.

Highly recommended. Great hotel with wonderful staff!

We stayed there for one night for a college visit. Prime location, new hotel and wonderful staff. Our room was clean and nice. Front desk staff were exceptional. They are super friendly and try to help you in anyway they can. We thought Hilton is lucky to have them as staff members. They provide free shuttle to the regional airport and to colleges in the neighborhood. We would definitely stay again, highly recommended!

Excellent customer service/ Great location

I just wanted to highlight the wonderful staff here – from the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant – all were exceptionally friendly and provided top-notch service. Jason, the manager, went above and beyond, offering great help with parking and problem-solving. Front desk staff like James and the restaurant team were also incredibly polite and welcoming. The hotel’s location is perfect, just a short walk to Ithaca Commons, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We’ve been coming to Ithaca for swim meets for years and have stayed at many hotels, but this one stands out for its excellent customer service. We’ll definitely be back for our next meet!

Loved the location of this hotel,walkable to Ithaca Commons as well as many shops and restaurants and the State Theatre. There was a parking garage nearby with maximum rate of 10$ for 24 hours. The hotel appeared to be very new with up to date design. The room was amply sized with plenty of space for getting around, for one’s clothes and luggage, and even a refrigerator drawer. Will definitely choose this hotel again should we be going to Ithaca.
