Felt like I was in the projects

Run down room. In fact, draped were open in nearby rooms, show the same.
Beyond filthy from top to bottom.
Look closely at the pictures. Ugh!
Unsafe.
Loud music and parties.
Located in a section that is likely used for “hourly guests.”
Unfriendly staff.

Pics can't be real. Hotel was terrible. Dirty, mold, leaking water, no service for the tv and no electricity when we first arrived. Moral of the story... You get what you pay for. Should have known better.

The front desk cclerk tried to charge me even though I’ve already prepaid. She then tried to charge me $200 deposit even though I was from Nashville 189 miles away and it should’ve only been $50. When I got to my room the door was open & I had to check and make sure there wasn’t somebody in the room!

My husband said he killed 3 roaches within minutes in the room, the shower drain was clogged and he wasn’t getting hot water so he couldn’t shower. There was dirty hair in his bed and he was just disgusted the entire night. Overall an awful experience for him and I am sorry I booked this for him on his cross-country roadtrip.

Just keep driving…

Actually, we DID NOT stay! I handed over my credit card for incidentals as is customary. Then ID. When the clerk saw I was a TN resident, she said I would have to pay a $200 CASH deposit, if I were from outside TN it was $50 CASH. (Why did she ask for my credit card anyway??)
I refused and told her that was crazy, I’ve never been required to do a cash deposit at a hotel anywhere. After a few words, including “refund my prepaid stay”, I left and kept driving. If considering this hotel, just keep driving!
