I went on my wedding anniversary and had a good time, all quiet, beautiful view the very friendly staff, I definitely come back to stay more days.

Amazing Suite and Breathtaking Sunsets

Stayed here in the past. This hotel has always been fantastic and my favorite place to go. It is a quiet place on a fantastic lake. Beautiful clean with amazing beds, sofa bed, microwave, refrigerator, in room hot tub, 2 large TVs, private balcony. There is also an amazing pool, hot tub and workout facility on the lower level. Prices are always fair and competitive. Very friendly desk clerk. I would highly recommend this place. The sunset is breathtaking.

Never again

This hotel was so dirty. The couches were stained, tub was dirty, walls were dirty. But above all was the lack of SAFETY. you could get into the outside side hotel doors with no key. They were not locked. The floor doors were not locked even through they had a slot where you’re supposed to use your key card. But again above all, the inside door to the balcony would not lock. The lock was broken. The heater/aircon unit made a horrible noise as if the motor was breaking. We tried to let someone know in the morning and there was no one at the desk to talk to. Don’t stay here.

Great place for a family gathering

We recently stayed at the Bella Vista suites in Lake Geneva. We were there for a family celebration. It was perfectly situated close to our venue. We used the hotel as a homebase for our family members to gather.
There was plenty of room for us to get together in the lower lobby and hang out.
The rooms were cozy and well equipped with everything we needed. The views of the lake were beautiful and we caught some lovely sunset in the evening.
Everything was super clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
