Lancaster Inn shouldn't be able to rent rooms to the public.
After 15 minutes we decided to leave because the door wouldn't lock, lack of blankets and towels, there were none! And there was a storm outside! It was freezing, We were trying to stay calm without internet or TV and then we saw cockroaches running on the wall behind the beds. That was it! We packed and went to reception to ask a refund, there were people in line trying to get a room...and the lady in the front desk said we spent more than 10 minutes to decided to go. Yes, because we had gone to fin something to eat to take back to the room. As we were beginning to eat our sandwiches, the roaches bloomed....This kind of hotel is unhealthy and puts the public at risk. We thought of taking our case to the Health Dept. This hotel shouldn't be allowed to offer services if they don't comply with the health guidelines and lie about the service they offer. We tried to get a refund and they denied it. We are now disputing this unfair charge.

Horrific!! Disgusting!! Don’t Don’t Don’t Go here!!! Roach Motel! Horrific Roach infested Dirty Rooms!!! NIGHTMARE!!!!
I don’t think my nightmares would even know how to comprehend this sh*t hole. The staff was incredibly rude, unhelpful and laughed at us when we asked for a refund, we walked into the room and seen the bed was unmade, the sheets were soiled with someone else’s body fluids, there was a roaches dead in the sheets. The Comforter was a table cloth. No trash cans, no cups or things for ice. The towels had baby roaches on them. The shower was filthy. The room smelled of something rotten.
I am in complete Dismay, I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. STAY AWAY!!!!

Lancaster typical motel
Cool people but more of an apartment complex than motel.
Expect to see people out all day all night. Always music bumping and everyone knows everyone. Roach problem but it's getting much much better.
