Impressed how clean it was the first room smelled like smoke and they were very quick friendly to move us to a new room

The problem that I had was my room had a light urine smell, it it seemed to be coming from the corner wall near the bed. Also, under the bed the floor was filthy. The pictures of the room type were great and it felt like a bait and switch situation unfortunately. Sheet smell like chlorine, mini fridge was loud. A staff just checked me in with no real greeting and info about the property.

check in and checkout times are very poor. 11 am checkout and 3 pm check in are atrocious. came in early to try and check in even got a text saying if i need anything to text that number, i stated that my flight was earlier than expected and asked if i could check in early. no reply on the text service. showed up at 1 pm to ask if i could check in and the indian guy at the front desk said no its hard to get a room ready come at 3. like ok buddy guy its not hard at all to ready up a motel room. came back at 3:30pm front desk was empty waited for 10 mins then same indian guy comes back gives me my room keys. no mention of coffee or tea, when i asked he gave me 2 tea bags and 2 instant coffees. there are 3 people. very stingy with that. also the third floor above us had a man and woman arguing and walking around and breaking stuff screaming, all throughout the night till 3am. spend a little more and go somewhere else, lesson learned

This is one of the friendliest, cleanest and most enjoyable hotels we have had the pleasure of staying in.
The rooms are so clean, the bathroom area has all the things you would need which included shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. The towels are large and very absorbent. The beds were extremely comfortable. We would most definitely stay here again.

Very nice for the price. Clean comfy beds. Only downside is they have a electric water pot in the room but you have to get your coffee and teas and sugars and creamers and stirrers from the front desk. Conveniently located to where we were going and Glendale galleria.
