Great stay!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here, everyone was so nice and helpful. The resort itself was beautiful and the beach was in a great spot. Isaac was awesome!! So attentive, very personable, remembered our names each day. Sheryl was on top of it, they had scheduled her as an extra person on the beach for drink/food service because the pool was closed, but she ended up being the only one working out at the beach that day and killed the game!! The food at the restaurant was amazing. Leo was a great server - he served us for breakfast every day.
The construction nearby was a little unexpected and a touch noisy at times (couldn’t hear down at the beach though) and the pool was closed 2/4 days we stayed because they were getting ready for MMW (not a big pool person anyways) but the staff and experience completely stood out and made it so worth it!
Very walkable, can get to a lot of places nearby including food spots, drinks, and CVS. They also have complimentary bikes that we used to get some cardio and travel to different places as well.

Not quite a 4 star in Miami Beach

The adage "you get what you pay for" is true here. This is not really a 4 star, more like a 3 or 3.5 stars. Rooms are cheaply renovated and weirdly laid out. Staff is nice, did not try the restaurant nor the bar (which were fairly deserted). Staff at the beach and the pool are helpful

Hotel was super convenient in terms of location. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately only 1 elevator was working our entire 5 day trip which lead to long waits and the use of stairs. Room beds were comfortable, housekeeping while very pleasant forgot to refill toilet paper, tissues and conditioner. Pool staff and beach staff were super friendly and eager to assist. Pool furniture could use a refresh. Area with ping pong and corn hole fun and accessible. Beach access was great! Also be aware…. construction ongoing on both sides of hotel!

Amazing stay and Amazing Alexis !

I started my bachelorette trip at the Nautilus Miami Beach and it was nothing short of amazing! Alexis Margulies the guest services supervisor made me feel so special, my friends had worked with her to do a couple little special events for us and she was so amazing. Her professionalism is unmatched and she really is the sweetest person working at the front of the hotel. We have loved the hotel it is so charming and perfect for a bachelorette party . I can’t thank the nautilus and particularly Alexis enough, she is an amazing team member and honestly I thought she was the manager! She should be. Thank you Alexis and the nautilus for everything, im overjoyed

Exceptional Service

I recently stayed at Nautilus Sonesta Miami Beach, and I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding service—it truly exceeded my expectations! From reservation to check-out, the staff was incredibly attentive, helpful, and welcoming. A special shoutout to Alexis from Guest Services, the pool manager, and the poolside servers, who went above and beyond to make our experience seamless and enjoyable.
The hotel itself is in a prime beachfront location, with easy access from the pool to the beach—a perfect setup for a relaxing getaway. The saltwater pool was a great touch, and the food and drink options were fantastic. The kids especially loved the virgin daiquiris, piña coladas, and frozen lemonade, making it a fun experience for everyone.
One standout feature was the room size—accommodating up to six guests, which is rare to find and made our stay even more comfortable.
As a side note, we hosted my son’s 16th birthday with a room and two double cabanas, and the service made it even more special. It was the perfect setting for a fun and memorable celebration.
If you’re looking for excellent service, a beautiful beachfront location, and a relaxing stay, Nautilus Sonesta Miami Beach is a fantastic choice. I would definitely stay here again!
