Great place

Had a great experience. Read reviews on another website after booking that made us scared that it was gonna be horrible but was pleasantly surprised. Will be staying here again next time. The little caffe was amazing as well so cute and food was great! All the staff were so nice.

DO NOT STAY

This is the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed at. AVOID AT ALL COST. The rooms are dirty, it’s incredibly loud at night (traffic, blasting music from the bar downstairs, people yelling in the courtyard), there’s not even a front desk staff to help so if you do need anything you have to call a remote customer service line and wait like an hour to talk to anyone and then they are incredibly rude and unhelpful. I have no idea how this place has anything other than 1 star reviews. DO NOT STAY. I never write reviews but this place was so bad I truly want to spare other people. And it’s not even that cheap so can’t justify how anyone would stay here.

The restroom wasn't having curtains, it was open as if all the customers are couples. No Microvan, washer and dryer in this facility.

The location is beautiful- perfectly nestled in the South of 5th neighborhood on a tree lined street. It’s an 8 minute walk to the beach and a 7 minute walk to grocery so it’s right in the middle of necessities. We were there during Spring break so it was… louder than we’d hoped, but I think that would be the case most places. The downstairs cafe provided delicious, affordable breakfasts (compared to the rest of Miami Beach) and the front desk was always very courteous and helpful. The photo of the lounge next to the pool doesn’t exist- it is now massage, reiki, spiritual healing room- and the pool is more for dipping than anything else as it is narrow and shallow. My biggest critique is that the room floors were simultaneously dirty and covered with a film of soap, but we fixed that by doing a one-over with a wet towel under our feet. All in all, I’d definitely stay again.

Nice, but loud

Nice little spot in a quaint neighborhood just off of Miami Beach. Customer service was really good. It is LOUD at night with parties here and at neighboring properties. But I’m trying to understand that I’m in Miami! And also it is spring break. Otherwise this is a sweet little boutique hotel that I would consider staying in again.
