Ran into few minor issues, 2nd TV didn't work, maintenance in building stinky because of tub reglazing and there is only a thin top cover for a blanket.
We loved how 3rd floor was so quiet, such cute beach themed decor thru out, softest towels ever, wet bar with Keurig, newly remodeled and we thought the couch was really comfortable.
Parking was tight but not any worse than other underground parking. Plenty of spaces and smelled fresh and clean from power washing. cleaning. $15 over night
Easy access to hwy 1, walking to beach is possible but kinda far. Great Beach hut deli across the street
