Adequate parking and a straight route into the city. The room had adequate space and comfortable beds. However, check-in and check-out were processed by a ‘remote’ employee, and a $100 deposit was demanded immediately but not RETURNED immediately on checkout. ‘Included breakfast’ ran out of certain staples.

Mold in the bathroom. Water was not draining in bathtub. Air Conditioner was working intermittently. No one at front desk. Spoke to representative of hotel through a video kiosk.

This is honestly would ever be the lat hotel i’d ever come back to honestly dont come here unless you are broke

This is the worst motel ever they have 2 different keycard names and the covers are two different brands what kind of jump off motel is this and they dont bring clean towels sheets and comforters around until you ask them and they need english workers here

Regarding the keycards, we'd like to clarify that one name represents the brand (Choice Hotels) and the other is the name of our motel. This is a standard practice for our franchise.
Concerning housekeeping, we provide services upon request, as stated on the front desk and in our office. This allows our guests to have more control over their stay and minimize disruptions. To receive fresh towels, we kindly ask that guests bring their used towels to the office, and we'll be happy to exchange them for new ones.
We value diversity and inclusion, and our staff members are trained to provide excellent service to all guests, regardless of language spoken.

Checking in was by video. There was no inperson contact. Reserved 2 rooms. One room smelled horribly of marijuana. The second room had an odor to it. Employee also smelled like marijuana. The room I stayed in, when you first walk it looked clean and somewhat updated. However the floors were dirty. The bathroom sink leaked constantly, the bathroom outlet didn't work and looked as if it had been on fire. When I finally used bathroom that evening the light kept flickering then went out while I was using the shower. The tub would not drain and was filled while showering. There were small holes in the wall, the floors were filthy, the walls were filthy and it looked like dried poop or something on the wall.
The second room was also reported as being very dirty in the bathroom area as well. I would not recommend this place at all.
I did report this the following morning during check out and how displeased I was.
There is also a 100.00 deposit per room which is the most I have every paid even at higher priced lodging.

As a frequent traveler, I’ve stayed in a variety of accommodations, from hostels and capsule hotels to budget and luxury hotels. I understand that this is a budget hotel; however, it fell short of basic expectations.
My room had a musty odor and could have been cleaner. The breakfast offerings were disappointing. The WiFi didn’t work the first night—I called the front desk, was placed on hold, and had to hang up after 10 minutes. The second night, I had to call multiple times before someone answered. I was simply requesting toilet paper, which I was told would be delivered in a few minutes. After waiting 20 minutes and calling again, I was finally told to retrieve it from the front desk.
I wasn’t expecting luxury, but this stay was disappointing.
