The facility is in transition and not all put together. The staff were friendly. The pool had some chemical issues and was unavailable for use. The doors wee very thin and hall noise was annoying

Avoid at all cost!

This facility should loose it's Best Western status. It was falling apart. EVERYTHING from elevators, refrigerate,
no micriwaves in rooms (although I was told there were microwaves in the room, none to be found!) hallways to rooms was in complete disrepair. The pool was freezing the hottub empty ,dry clearly in disrepair The owners seem to think that buying a new chair and comforter will make up for no maintainance. It was like spreading icing on a cow pie and calling it a cupcakes!

The staff was very nice. I have no complaints towards them. But our hotel was very very bad. From the pictures it seemed like not a “high end” hotel but it seemed decent. We weren’t expecting luxury, but it was terrible. There were vomit or blood stains all over the carpet, the walls were dirty, the place just felt extremely grungy. Hate to leave a bad review but we looked at reviews as we made our decision to stay here and they were very misleading.

Armit helped me reserve a room for 2 beds for the price of the booked 1 bed apartment as they were full. Reason for it being 4 is because we wanted to use the jacuzzi and it was still out of service. Overall everything else was fine.

It was a terrible experience. The hotel and room were dirty. You could tell they did not change the sheets. There was a lot of noise at night and the hallways reeked of marijuana. We will never stay there again.
